Our Story: The Heart Behind J&N Reptile Ranchers

J&N Reptile Ranchers began right at home, when we found ourselves struggling to source reliable, quality feeder rodents for our own reptiles. Like many reptile keepers, we know how important consistent, healthy feed is, and the search became frustrating and time-consuming. That’s when we thought — why not create the solution ourselves and help others in the same situation? What started as a way to support our own reptiles quickly grew into a small family-run business built on passion, care, and community. Today, we’re proud to provide fellow reptile lovers with dependable feeder rodents,pythons and lizards, so no one has to struggle the way we once did. 🐍🤠

What makes J&N Reptile Ranchers special is that we started as reptile owners first, not just breeders. Every decision we make comes from real, hands-on experience and a genuine love for the animals we care for. We know what reptile keepers need because we are reptile keepers, and we treat every animal as if it were staying in our own home. Our core values are family first, always; animal welfare above profit; and helping the reptile community. When people buy from us, they’re not just customers — they’re part of our reptile community.

Over the next few years, we see ourselves expanding our breeding programs, increasing the range and availability of healthy pythons and consistently supplying high-quality feeder rodents so customers never have to struggle to find reliable feed again. We’d love to build strong relationships with reptile shops, breeders, and hobbyists, becoming a go-to supplier that people trust for quality, honesty, and care. We also dream of creating a bigger, purpose-built facility designed specifically for top-level husbandry, where every animal has the best possible environment. Education is a huge part of our vision too — helping new reptile owners learn proper care and feel confident in the hobby.
